The new patented drive train VarioDirect Drive is installed as standard in the INVENTHOR 9 and continuously and variably transmits force to the shredding drum, thus opening up entirely new possibilities for effective shredding.

The VarioDirect Drive moreover impresses with its new reversing performance: If the shredding drum becomes overloaded, the machine automatically stops the shredding process thus eliminating the blockage by means of reversing. The lateral flap to the shredding comb, which opens up to 120°, allows for quick and easy removal of any foreign matter, ensuring less downtime and less maintenance and service calls.

Besides maximum power and optimum accessibility, the INVENTHOR 9 also distinguishes itself in terms speed and flexibility. A foldable feed hopper allows for convenient material input and thus forms the basis for the maximum throughput. Material feed is faster thanks to the extra steep walls of the feed hopper, resulting quicker processing. And the different shredder packages, which are available for the respective materials to be processed, adapt to the customer-specific process requirements.

Greater flexibility is also ensured with the different rear belt systems, which can easily be mounted and replaced using the central attachment system. Selectable belt lengths allow for very high discharge heights. Material discharge can be regulated using the continuously adjustable belt angles and belt speeds. The shredder is available both on a semi-trailer chassis with drive unit or on a remote-controlled track-mounted chassis.
